A consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation — by phone or video — to understand what you're looking for and whether the practice is a good fit. It's not a full session, and there's no obligation to continue.
Use the consultation request form on the Contact page, call, or email. In the live system, Teddric would respond personally to schedule your first session. (This demo form does not transmit requests.)
Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients across Washington state, offering the same quality of care as in-person meetings.
The office is at GEM Plaza, 221 1st Avenue W, Seattle, WA 98119, in the Uptown / Lower Queen Anne, Seattle neighborhood.
Individual therapy is $175 per session and couples counseling is $200 per session. Life coaching pricing is available upon inquiry. All rates are subject to owner confirmation before publication.
Insurance participation will be confirmed with the practice owner before publication. Please reach out to discuss current options.
